Mix together butter, sugar and evaporated milk in a large sauce pan.
Bring to a boil on low heat, stirring constantly.
Once it starts bubbling, boil 5 ½ minutes. Remove from heat.
Then add remaining ingredients (marshmellow cream, chocolate chips, german chocolate and vanilla).
At this point you can add nuts if you wish.
Pour into greased jelly roll pan (sheet pan with 1″ high sides).
All to cool. Cut and serve.
